L 'UA au Soudan: Enseignements pour la Force Africaine en Attente

Ce rapport est le fruit de discussions qui se sont tenues entre une cinquantaine d’officiers de police et militaires africains, des représentants des pays partenaires et des organismes internationaux et humanitaires à Accra, au Ghana, du 10 au 12 Octobre 2006 en vue de contribuer au développement de la stratégie de mise en place de la Force africaine en attente (FAA), programme phare de l’Union africaine pour accroître sa capacité de maintien de la paix. La rencontre avait été organisée par l’IPA et le Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre (KAIPTC).
