Nordic multilateral cooperation represents one of the oldest and most traditional forms of regional cooperation in Europe. This paper examines the Nordic Council and the Nordic Council of Ministers, the two principal regional organizations comprised of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden.
