Aytakin Mustafayeva is the Events Coordinator at IPI. She works within the Events Team to coordinate, organize, and produce IPI events and meetings. Before joining IPI, Aytakin worked as a protocol officer and administrative associate within governmental and international organizations.

She holds a PhD in Political Science and International Relations from Istanbul University. Her thesis analyses the complex dynamics of peace-building efforts in Southeast Asia, investigating the ongoing development of international and regional mechanisms for conflict and atrocity prevention.
