Staff Evyn Papworth
Evyn Papworth is a Policy Analyst for IPI’s Women, Peace, and Security program. Evyn received her MSc in Women, Peace and Security from the London School of Economics and was awarded a prize for Best Overall Performance in her cohort. Her dissertation focused on reproductive violence against women combatants and reparations law in Colombia.
Before joining IPI, Evyn was a Program Associate at Creative Associates International, working on projects based in Central America. Her previous experience also includes assisting with research at IPI as a former WPS intern and consultant. Her research interests include new applications of a WPS lens to issues such as gang violence, climate change, migration, and strategic gender-based violence. Evyn completed her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colorado College in 2018 and speaks Spanish.
