Major Håvard Johansen is Course Director at the Norwegian Defense International Center (NODEFIC) in the Norwegian Defense University College, where he is also one of the head instructors for UN Peace Operations and is responsible for UN orientations courses such as the UN Field Crisis Management Course and UN Commanding Officers Course. He is also an expert adviser for UN issues for both the Norwegian Defense Forces, other Government Agencies and the media.
