Experts have highlighted that the Latin America and Caribbean region is unique in that several countries’ care policies are situated within their gender equality policies (encompassing a root cause approach) rather than being siloed within economic and poverty reduction policies. Patrick moved from Hong Kong to New York City in 2009. He has interned at the NY Aquarium and Museum of Natural History before deciding to go into accounting.
Patrick graduated Brooklyn College in June 2016 with a Bachelors in Public Accounting. He is multilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog and Japanese.
