Olivia Fielding is the Program Coordinator for Peace, Climate, and Sustainable Development at the International Peace Institute. She is based in New York, where she works full-time on climate-related projects at IPI. She is an expert on the Global Goal on Adaptation and works with small island nations to develop adaptation policies and positions in the UNFCCC negotiations. She also works on topics such as Loss & Damage and climate finance. Olivia graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2021, double majoring with honors in Earth Science and Political Science.

Olivia is very passionate about conservation and combating climate change, especially to protect the most vulnerable people and places on our planet. She loves to travel and is very excited to continue expanding her career.
